Hi! I’m Kathryn Sturges! I am into eco sewing, watercolor art and visual storytelling.

I got my start upcycling fashion back in 1999! I had a tiny shop in my college town. It was a pipe dream, but the experience of working with my hands would set the tone for my creative life!

Creativity is a divine gift! I have cherished the time I’ve spent making things with my hands. As God creates, we get to create too. That spark of an idea you get when a project sounds doable and fun is an invitation to try something new! Those moments creating and being in process make a life worthwhile, and have given me a life journey that is rich with meaning.

Being a steward of environmental care is a birthright! Everyone gets the chance to be a force for good, each in our own way trying to be a some small difference in the lives of the people you know and in the world. My voice is small. I am just one person, and alone I don’t make that big of a difference. When everyone takes it on themselves to try to take care of the Earth, and be good stewards of the blessings they have been given…that leads to impact!
